• The West Allis Gymnastics team had three girls qualify for this weekend's state meet in Wisconsin Rapids. Junior Brenna Tomczak qualified on vault (5th place), and freshman Sara Quesnell qualified on bars (5th place) and floor (4th place). Freshmen Emily Fuchs was the Sectional Champion on bars and in the all-around. She also qualified on floor (2nd place) and vault (2nd place). The team finished the season strong with a season-high team score of 139.8, giving them a 4th place finish in the 9-team sectional. The three girls will be competing in the individual competition Friday night at Wisconsin Rapids High School and we with them the best of luck!
